We start with the event, reconstruct the action chain and publish only what the evidence supports.
Evidence
Primary records—official notices, affected-party disclosures, technical advisories, filings and direct research reports—anchor claims whenever available. Independent reporting can corroborate or challenge those records. A source’s description of itself remains attributed.
Boundaries
Each report identifies the relevant route: identity or credential, instruction, authorization, execution, authoritative record and recovery. A limitation appears in the story only when omitting it would make a claim false or materially misleading.
Corrections
Material factual corrections are recorded publicly. Updates that reflect later events are distinguished from corrections to earlier reporting.
